Emmanuel! On behalf of Prophet T.B. Joshua, The SCOAN and Emmanuel TV family, we wish you a blessed Christmas! Remember that Jesus Christ is the reason for Christmas. To many, Christmas is a time of celebration and joy. Yes it is but we should not forget to celebrate Jesus. To celebrate Jesus is to celebrate justice, peace, humility, faithfulness, kindness and love – I mean, all of His nature.
- Ask those who are facing injustice and they will tell you they need justice. You can bring them justice with God’s help as you celebrate Christmas.
- Ask those who are suffering hatred and they will tell you they need love. You can show them love as you celebrate Christmas.
- Ask those who are being persecuted innocently and they will tell you they need help. You can be of help to them as you celebrate Christmas.
- Ask those who are under the oppression and depression of satan and they will tell you they need deliverance. You can point them to Jesus, the Deliverer as you celebrate Christmas. Look for them.
That is what Jesus was born for, lived for and died for. He was born for, lived for and died for the poor, lonely, weak and needy. That is the essence of Christmas. Outside it, there is nothing. You come from God and everything you have comes from Him. What comes from God goes to Him.
